1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the bx666 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and bx666. They govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gaming, and account closure.

2.3 bx666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bx666 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

3 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a bx666 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, director, agent, or affiliate of bx666 or any of its group companies, subsidiaries, or gaming software providers;
• Not be self-excluded from bx666 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit access to the Platform.

3.2 bx666 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, bx666 will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers placed, and return deposited funds (less any winnings generated) in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the bx666 Platform complies with any local laws applicable to them. bx666 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bx666 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 When registering a bx666 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx666 Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bx666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 bx666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. This provides an additional layer of security and is particularly important for protecting your PKR balance and withdrawal capabilities.

4.5 KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal from a bx666 Account, KYC verification must be completed. This requires submission of a valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (front and back). bx666 may also request a selfie photograph or a proof of payment method document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.

4.6 You must notify bx666 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or misuse of your Account.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: bx666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bx666 does not charge fees on standard JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on bx666 is PKR 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and PKR 500 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the bx666 cashier section.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on the Account. Once approved, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. bx666 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source: bx666 applies a return-to-source policy where reasonably practicable. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If this is not possible, bx666 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative.

5.5 Inactive Accounts: An Account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. bx666 may apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

5.6 Deposits made using funds that are not legitimately owned by the Player, or made through a payment method not belonging to the Player, are prohibited. Any such deposits will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 bx666 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated at the time of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds and, in some cases, to the sum of deposit and bonus combined.

6.3 bx666 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are displayed in the relevant bonus terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse: bx666 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

6.5 bx666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by Players in good faith.

6.6 Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash equivalent unless fully converted through compliant wagering.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the bx666 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirmation.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on bx666. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at bx666's discretion.

7.3 Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical fault, server failure, or game malfunction, all affected wagers will be considered void and stakes will be returned to the Player's Account. bx666 shall have no further liability in such circumstances.

7.4 Sports Betting: Cricket, football, tennis, UFC, and other sports betting markets on bx666 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, as published in the bx666 sportsbook rules section. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection integrity.

7.5 PSL and International Cricket: Special market rules apply to PSL and international cricket betting on bx666. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bx666 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with official tournament rules.

7.6 bx666 reserves the right to void any bet placed using information obtained through insider knowledge, match-fixing, or any other corrupt practice. Such conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bx666 Platform and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or fulfil wagering requirements;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the bx666 Platform, its software, or its game systems;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to accumulate winnings beyond what would have been achieved under normal operating conditions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bx666 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

8.2 bx666 employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspicious activity will be investigated and may be reported to relevant financial crime authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 bx666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.

9.2 Where an Account is suspended due to a suspected breach, bx666 will conduct an internal investigation. During this period, the Player's Balance may be withheld. bx666 aims to complete investigations within thirty (30) days and will communicate its findings to the Player.

9.3 Players may request closure of their own bx666 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days of the closure request, subject to KYC completion.

9.4 Closure of an Account under a self-exclusion arrangement is treated separately under the bx666 Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-excluded Accounts are closed immediately and remaining balances returned. Re-registration attempts by self-excluded players will be refused.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 bx666 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic and we provide tools to help Players manage their activity.

10.2 All bx666 Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bx666 Account;

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the bx666 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, design elements, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of bx666 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bx666 Platform solely for personal gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any Platform content.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of bx666's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and may give rise to legal proceedings.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bx666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays.

12.2 bx666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bx666 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12.3 In the event that bx666 is found liable for damages arising from use of the Platform, bx666's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 bx666 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities that may affect your gaming experience on the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 bx666 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the bx666 Platform. Where a change is material, bx666 will notify Players via email or via an in-Platform notification.

13.2 Your continued use of the bx666 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bx666 holds its international gaming licence. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on this basis.

14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the bx666 Platform or from the application of these Terms, Players should first contact the bx666 support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, bx666 will refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under its applicable international gaming licence. bx666 will provide Players with the relevant contact details of the applicable adjudicating body upon request.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent bx666 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
